FOUNTAIN OF LIFE : PART 2

In the last edition, we talked about Jesus Christ being our Spiritual Fountain of life which is the source of all our Natural and Spiritual gifts and that the only way these gifts will continue to flow out like a river of living water is to continuously remain connected to Jesus Christ who is our Fountain of life.

However, when you seek and find Jesus or encounter Jesus, automatically, a spiritual door is opened unto you to receive the Spirit of the father which is the "HOLY GHOST". And, as the Holy Spirit comes upon you the fountain of life which is our Lord Jesus is activated to flow out of you like a river of living water which never runs dry because the source of this Fountain (Jesus) is GOD the Almighty.

God is the source of the water that comes out from the Fountain (Jesus), Jesus is our connector to the fountain while the Holy Spirit is the Enabler, who enables the person who is connected to the fountain to receive or drink from the living water (which symbolises life) flowing out from the fountain.

John 4:1-15

[1]Therefore, when the Lord knew that the Pharisees had heard that Jesus made and baptized more disciples than John

[2](though Jesus Himself did not baptize, but His disciples),

[3]He left Judea and departed again to Galilee.

[4]But He needed to go through Samaria.

[5]So He came to a city of Samaria which is called Sychar, near the plot of ground that Jacob gave to his son Joseph.

[6]Now Jacob’s well was there. Jesus therefore, being wearied from His journey, sat thus by the well. It was about the sixth hour.

[7]A woman of Samaria came to draw water. Jesus said to her, “Give Me a drink.”

[8]For His disciples had gone away into the city to buy food.

[9]Then the woman of Samaria said to Him, “How is it that You, being a Jew, ask a drink from me, a Samaritan woman?” For Jews have no dealings with Samaritans.

[10]Jesus answered and said to her, “If you knew the gift of God, and who it is who says to you, ‘Give Me a drink,’ you would have asked Him, and He would have given you living water.”

[11]The woman said to Him, “Sir, You have nothing to draw with, and the well is deep. Where then do You get that living water?

[12]Are You greater than our father Jacob, who gave us the well, and drank from it himself, as well as his sons and his livestock?”

[13]Jesus answered and said to her, “Whoever drinks of this water will thirst again,

[14]but whoever drinks of the water that I shall give him will never thirst. But the water that I shall give him will become in him a fountain of water springing up into everlasting life.”

[15]The woman said to Him, “Sir, give me this water, that I may not thirst, nor come here to draw.”

According to this scripture, Jesus told the Samaritan woman who He is, He told her that He is the Fountain that produces living water, and that when you drink from Him, you'll never thirst again till life everlasting. This means that even when your flesh dies on earth, your spirit continues to flow out this living water into eternity.

Every believer saved by Jesus automatically has eternal life, every believer that has drank from the Fountain of living water(Jesus Christ), already has the power to live an everlasting life in heaven after earth.

The truth is, there's life after earth, "HEAVEN IS REAL" likewise HELL, hope you know that?

Matthew 24:29-31

[29]“Immediately after the tribulation of those days the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light; the stars will fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens will be shaken.

[30]Then the sign of the Son of Man will appear in heaven, and then all the tribes of the earth will mourn, and they will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.

[31]And He will send His angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they will gather together His elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.

Like I said earlier, every believer automatically has eternal life, that doesn't mean a believer won't die. Some will grow old and die, some will die after fulfilling their great assignment here on earth while some will be raptured depending on God's plan for the believer.

My point is, a believer who dies or who gets raptured still gets to live again in heaven as long as our Fountain of Living Water keeps running, we will continue to live and serve with Him in Heaven and in our New Jerusalem.

Revelation 21:1-3

[1]Now I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away. Also there was no more sea.

[2]Then I, John, saw the holy city, New Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.

[3]And I heard a loud voice from heaven saying, “Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and He will dwell with them, and they shall be His people. God Himself will be with them and be their God.

This scripture summarises the point am trying to pass unto you, that, there is life after earth, and we will reign with JESUS in the New Heaven and Earth coming down on Earth as soon as this present Earth and present Heaven comes to an end, so this world will come to an end.

HOW TO STAY CONNECTED TO THE FOUNTAIN OF LIFE:

1) A personal Study of the Bible from Genesis to Revelation: To achieve this, create a one year Bible plan, to help you study the Bible, like 3 to 4 chapters a day, till you finish reading the Bible in a year . When you finish reading in a year continue from the beginning in another year till you finish it again. The idea is to never stop reading the Bible, the Bible is God's Word which is Jesus, the Living Word. The more you read, the more connected you are to the Fountain of life.

2) Communicate through prayers: Every worry, thought should be communicated to the father through prayers. In as much as our God knows our thoughts and heart, we as His children need to still tell Him everything bothering us in our mind and Heart because that shows that we trust Him (God). The more you pray to God through His son Jesus Christ, God empowers you to stand strong in Faith which in turn produces spiritual fruits according to Galatians 5:22-25

[22]But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness,

[23]gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law.

[24]And those who are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires.

[25]If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.

3)Obedience to God's commands or instructions: The Holy Spirit is a gift Jesus promised to Every believer who will receive him as written in the previous edition. The Holy Spirit Enables us to see from God, to hear from God and to obey God. Now, Every word or instructions given to you by God through the Holy Spirit or through His Word must be obeyed because every True Child of God should listen and obey God our father just like Jesus did when He came to earth to fulfill His Purpose.

Exodus 19:5

[5]Now therefore, if you will indeed obey My voice and keep My covenant, then you shall be a special treasure to Me above all people; for all the earth is Mine.

Jeremiah 7:23

[23]But this is what I commanded them, saying, ‘Obey My voice, and I will be your God, and you shall be My people. And walk in all the ways that I have commanded you, that it may be well with you.’

2 Corinthians 10:5

[5]casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ.'

According to Samuel, in 1 Samuel 15:22-23

[22]So Samuel said: “Has the Lord as great delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices, As in obeying the voice of the Lord? Behold, to obey is better than sacrifice, And to heed than the fat of rams.

[23]For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, And stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry. Because you have rejected the word of the Lord, He also has rejected you from being king.”

Obedience to God keeps us connected to the Fountain of life, if not, God can reject you and I as His Children, just like He did to King Saul.

Finally, to every believer, who this message is meant for, don't stop fighting to keep your salvation with fear and trembling because, there's glory ahead.

The Fountain of life (Jesus Christ ) still lives. The source of the Fountain of life is still Living and is still God, the Ruler and Creator of the Universe.

The Enabler, Our Comforter who is the Holy Spirit still lives and is still on earth, helping us to fulfill our purpose/assignment here on earth. Jesus Christ our Connector is still alive in Heaven interceding for us.

Christ Believers, all over the world, I encourage us all to continue to hold unto our God, the source of our Spiritual Fountain (Jesus Christ). Hold unto His son Jesus Christ who is our Fountain of life and to the Holy Spirit who is our Enabler. May God continue to strengthen us till the Coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, in Jesus name, Amen!

Revelation 22:10-17

[10]And he said to me, “Do not seal the words of the prophecy of this book, for the time is at hand.

[11]He who is unjust, let him be unjust still; he who is filthy, let him be filthy still; he who is righteous, let him be righteous still; he who is holy, let him be holy still.”

[12]“And behold, I am coming quickly, and My reward is with Me, to give to every one according to his work.

[13]I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End, the First and the Last.”

[14]Blessed are those who do His commandments, that they may have the right to the tree of life, and may enter through the gates into the city.

[15]But outside are dogs and sorcerers and sexually immoral and murderers and idolaters, and whoever loves and practices a lie.

[16]“I, Jesus, have sent My angel to testify to you these things in the churches. I am the Root and the Offspring of David, the Bright and Morning Star.”

[17]And the Spirit and the bride say, “Come!” And let him who hears say, “Come!” And let him who thirsts come. Whoever desires, let him take the water of life freely.
